Trade delegation management is how we turn a trip to a trade fair into signed business. Since 1986 Nasa International has planned and led business delegations from Pakistan and South Asia to the world’s leading exhibitions — and brought foreign buyers and investors to Pakistan. We take care of every detail, from B2B matchmaking and pavilion space to event passes, visa invitation letters and on-ground logistics, so your delegates can focus on meetings and deals.
Outbound and inbound delegations
- Outbound trade delegations and trade missions — groups of exporters, manufacturers and service providers travelling to international trade fairs such as FRUIT LOGISTICA, ITB Berlin, BIOFACH and IFA.
- Inbound buyer delegations — foreign importers, distributors and hosted buyers visiting Pakistan for sourcing, factory visits and local exhibitions.
- Sector-specific and market-access missions — focused on one industry (fresh produce, textiles, IT, tourism, packaging) or one target market.
- Government, chamber and association delegations — G2B and B2G programmes, MoU signings and official visits for chambers of commerce, trade associations and export-promotion bodies.
- Investment delegations and study tours — fact-finding visits, technology tours and benchmarking trips.

Frequently asked questions
What is a trade delegation?
A trade delegation (or trade mission) is a group of companies that travel together to a target market — usually around a trade fair — to meet pre-qualified buyers, distributors and partners, visit facilities and explore export or investment opportunities.
What is the difference between an inbound and an outbound delegation?
An outbound delegation takes Pakistani and South Asian businesses abroad, for example to FRUIT LOGISTICA in Berlin. An inbound delegation brings foreign buyers, investors or officials to Pakistan for meetings, site visits and local exhibitions.
Do you arrange B2B meetings for delegates?
Yes. We run B2B matchmaking: we profile each delegate, shortlist relevant buyers and partners, and schedule one-to-one meetings at the trade fair or in the host city, with a meeting calendar shared before departure.
Do you provide visa invitation letters for delegates?
We provide each delegate’s event pass and visa invitation letter. The visa application itself is made by each delegate directly, and decisions rest solely with the embassy or consulate.
How early should we plan a delegation?
Ideally four to six months before the trade fair. That allows time for stand or pavilion booking, matchmaking, hotel block bookings near the venue and visa appointments, which fill up quickly before major fairs.
Who do you organise delegations for?
Individual exporters, chambers of commerce, trade associations, government and export-promotion bodies, and corporate groups — from five delegates to large country delegations.
